Indoor Environment

Did you know that on average we spend roughly 90% of our lives in an indoor environment, and according to EPA (Environmental Protection Agency in the US) levels of indoor pollution can actually be 4 to 5 times worse than the levels found outside? Indoor Air Pollution is caused by various factors, including inadequate ventilation, household cleaning products, furnishings, and of course building and interior materials.

This is why we are doing our best to improve and contribute to better Indoor Environment & Air Quality, with industry lowest emissions of Chemical Substances and Volatile Organic Compounds. Our products are guaranteed safe and clean with certifications from International 3rd party authorities, including Floorscore, Greenguard and Umark.

  Floor Score

FloorScore® is the most recognized indoor air quality(IAQ) certification standard for hard surface flooring materials, adhesives, and underlayments. It qualifies for many green building schemes including LEED v4, BREEAM, and CHPS. FloorScore was developed by the Resilient Floor Covering Institue (RFCI) with SCS, and SCS is the exclusive certification body for the FloorScore program.

  Greenguard

GREENGUARD Certification helps manufacturers create and helps buyers identify interior products and materials that have low chemical emissions, improving the quality of the air in which the products are used. UL Environment aquired GREENGUARD in 2011, further advancing its mission of promoting global sustainability, environmental health, and safety.

Outdoor Environment

At DeZign Flooring We support responsible forestry - each log that we use comes from legal and sustainably managed sources in Europe. It is important for us to be sure that for every tree cut there is a new one planted. We are firmly committed to the legal trade of wood products, and we expect the same from our suppliers.

We believe that transparency brings us credibility, that is why highest quality and safety standards of all our products are guaranteed by International Authorities and Third-part Certifications, including Intertek and SGS. We are ISO 9001 (Quality Management and Assurance Systems) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) certified. With these systems in place we can continually improve both our quality and environmental performances.
