For interior spaces used to conduct the retail sale of consumer product goods, including both direct customer service areas (e.g. showroom) and supporting customer service areas (e.g. storage).
You may apply the LEED ID + C rating system to any number of project types, from commercial offices to standalone stores.
Credit points: 1-2
Intent: To encougrage the use of products and materials for which life cycle information is available and that have environmently, economically, and socially preferable life cycle impacts. To reward project teams for selecting products verified to have been extracted or sourced in a responsible manner.
Credit points: 1-3
Intent: To reduce concentrations of chemical contaminants that can damage air quality, human health, productivity, and the environment.
Credit points: 1-2
Intent: To establish better quality indoor air in the building after construction and during occupancy.
Credit points: 1-4
Intent: To provide an incentive for the achievement of credits that address geographically specific environmental, social equity, and public health priorities.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This credit is only applicable for projects within the Shanghai Area
LEED for Homes is available for building design and construction projects for single family homes and multifamily projects up to eight stories.
Credit points: 1
Intent: To increase demand for products or building and components that minimize material consuption through recycled and recyclable content, reclamation, or overall reduced life-cycle impacts.
Credit points: 0.5-3
Intent: To reduce occupants exposure to airborne chemical contaminants through product selection.
Credit points: 1-4
Intent: To address geographically specific environmental, social equity, and public health priorities.
